Why us
We have made the parts we draw.
A drawing made by someone who has cut the part looks different from one made by someone who has not. We have welded, machined, and 3D printed our own designs, so we know where a shop is going to hold the part, where the tool cannot reach, and which tolerance is going to cost you money for no reason.
Before the business, that meant working every stage of building a formula style race car, from design through manufacturing and testing. It also meant automation, automotive, and prototype work, where a drawing that is almost right still stops the line.
That is the whole reason the guarantee exists. We are not promising a pretty model. We are promising a package any shop can build from.

Questions people ask.
All I have is a sketch on a napkin. Is that enough?
Yes. A photo, a rough sketch, or a part you already made is a fine place to start. Most projects start that way.
Is my idea safe with you?
Your files and your idea stay confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send us anything.
I already have CAD. Can you work from it?
Yes. We can pick up a model someone else started, clean it up, and take it the rest of the way.
Do you make the parts too?
No. We design them and hand you a package. If you do not have a shop yet, we can help you find one and tell you what to ask them.
What if a part has to carry load?
We run hand calculations and basic analysis so you know it will hold before you pay to have it made. We will tell you plainly what the numbers do and do not cover.
What does "build-ready" actually mean?
It means the geometry can be made by the process we specified, the parts fit together, and the drawings carry the dimensions, tolerances, materials, and finishes a shop needs to price it and cut it. That is the bar the guarantee is written against.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
Two things, and one thing it does not. First, the design itself. If a shop cannot make the geometry as we drew it, we redesign it free, and if we still cannot get there you do not pay. That part is on us with no conditions, because it is fully in our control. Second, the documentation. For 30 days after delivery, any question a shop asks that the drawings should have answered, we answer and update the drawings at no charge.
What sits outside it: work that is specific to one shop rather than to the design. Their title block, a file format we did not agree on, extra inspection dimensions, or a change because they would rather make it a different way. That is real work, so we quote it, and you get the number before anything starts.
How do payments work?
Half up front, half when we deliver. The price is fixed and agreed before any work starts. No surprise charges.
